Michael A MacInnes, DDS chooses Jobdango to be their fully interactive job posting service provider and joins the northwest's only employment network powered by Jobdango!
Dr. Michael MacInnes is fairly new to the greater Seattle area but is no stranger to the region. Having attended Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia as an undergraduate, he fell in love with the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. MacInnes grew up in Irvine, California in an active and sports oriented household. “For as long as I can remember, I was always part of a team, whether it was baseball, basketball, football, or soccer. I believe that these experiences have enabled me to communicate and relate with people effectively.” Early on in his education, Dr. MacInnes fostered an interest in various scientific fields. A social person by nature, and accompanied by his scientific interests, he came to the conclusion that dentistry was the perfect marriage of the two.
In New York City, Dr. MacInnes attended New York University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he took a position at Mountain View Dental in Las Vegas, Nevada as an associate dentist. Throughout his career, Dr. MacInnes engaged in all facets of dentistry such as endodontics, periodontics, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery, eventually with an emphasis in aesthetic dentistry. He has held an associate position in Puyallup, Washington, all the while looking to establish his vision of the ideal family-oriented aesthetic practice. After traveling through many different regions in Washington, Dr. MacInnes and his wife concluded that Sammamish was the place where they would spend the rest of their lives. “The moment we encountered Sammamish, we knew that this was the place for us.” Dr. MacInnes is an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Seattle King County Dental Society. Currently, he is licensed in the states of Washington and Nevada.

Oak Harbor Freight Lines chooses Jobdango to be their fully interactive job posting service provider and joins the northwest's only employment network powered by Jobdango!
Oak Harbor Transfer, the forerunner to Oak Harbor Freight Lines, was founded in 1916 by Ben Koetje of Oak Harbor, WA. Oak Harbor Transfer was a local cartage carrier servicing Whidbey Island. In 1936 John and Gus Vander Pol purchased the small island carrier for $600.00 cash and assumed it's debt. Their younger brother Henry joined them in 1937. In 1942 the brothers purchased another small carrier called Oak Harbor Freight Lines, they merged the two operations together and kept the latter name.
The brothers over time developed the carrier into a small LTL operation serving a number of counties in Western Washington. In 1974 Henry purchased the company in full. In this same year his two sons Edward and David began working with their father.
With deregulation in 1980 Oak Harbor began its expansion which continues today. Throughout this period Oak Harbor Freight Lines developed into a highly respected regional LTL carrier serving points throughout the States of California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Currently with 25 terminals, 1000+ employees and annual revenues approaching $100 million Oak Harbor has established itself as a leading premium service carrier, providing consistent high quality services at competitive (not the lowest) prices.
Oak Harbor has experienced consistent annual revenue growth of 15%, thus doubling their revenues every 5 years. Currently owned and operated by Edward and David Vander Pol, the company's Co-Presidents, Oak Harbor Freight Lines serves more points direct in the Northwest than any other single carrier.
With uniformed professional drivers, and a corporate wide focus to serve the customer, Oak Harbor is positioned to continue down the path of success. The continued Investing in technology, people, facilities and quality processes assures Oak Harbor's infrastructure will continue to meet their customers' needs.
Via strategic partners Oak Harbor offers services throughout the United States and Canada allowing many of their customers to single source their transportation needs with Oak Harbor.

Willapa Harbor Care Center chooses Jobdango to be their fully interactive job posting service provider and joins the northwest's only employment network powered by Jobdango!
"We embrace a reverence for life, and a heart for healing"
Our Foundational Belief is at the center of all we do. Our people care for those they serve with skill, dedication and compassion.
Willapa Harbor Care Center is a premier provider of health care services in the West. Our high standard of care and value-driven business have changed the way people think about senior facilities and care. We have a passion for serving seniors and emphasize the unique individuality that every customer brings to our organization. Each part of care is customized, not only clinically, but also with compassion that acknowledges unique needs. Our people-based principles drive the demand for our services.
More than 25 years ago, founders Randy Kirton and Lewis Garrett recognized an unmet need in their Salt Lake City community. They saw aging family and friends without the resources and facilities to meet their changing health and circumstances. Randy imagined a care center that not only maintained a great quality of life for all seniors, but one where love and devotion were tangible. A successful developer and entrepreneur, Randy decided to change course professionally. In 1981 he began dedicating his time and resources to creating better choices for seniors and their families. After ten years of industry experience, with new insight and vision, he founded Avalon Health Care, Inc. in 1989.
Today Avalon is a leader in providing quality care both through our inpatient services and ancillary hospice, rehabilitation therapy, psychiatric and home and community based services. Patients are our first priority and we are committed to meeting the physical and emotional needs of each individual in our care. Unlike larger health service providers, we are able to deliver quality because of our size and local focus. Our care is still community-driven. As a regional provider, we know our customers and they know us.
This approach has made Avalon one of the most successful providers of senior care solutions in the western United States. Our team shares a passion for improving seniors' quality of life. We now offer services to meet a variety of needs in a variety of settings. Our single facility founded on principles of nurturing and respect has blossomed into a thriving network with facilities in five states.
