Title: HR Administrator Job Code: G109 Location: Gresham, OR.
Job Purpose: Microchip's Fab 4 manufacturing 24/7 facility has an opening for an HR Administrator (may be a Sr. level administrator depending on level of experience). This position will provide HR support for all of Fab 4's employees and managers.
Duties Include but not limited to:
•Coordinate benefits and payroll information, OFLA/FMLA, Workers’ Comp, HR systems including Psoft input. Provide support for benefit and payroll issues, including open enrollment. •Support DL (direct labor) Staffing activities including sourcing, recruiting, testing, interviewing and selecting talent for Fab 4. •Report compilation and distribution. •Provide administrative support in all HR functions (filing, maintaining all employee files, etc.). •Build sustainable, professional and collaborative relationships with all managers and employees. •Provide training for employees/managers in policies, benefits and other HR-related classes.

| Skill Requirements |
Skills / Qualifications:
High School or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience in administration capacity within an HR department. Will perform a wide range of detail-oriented assignments requiring:
•The ability to prioritize assignments and maintain flexibility to work on simultaneous projects. •A high degree of consistency and accuracy in completing projects. •A positive team-oriented attitude displaying the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the task completed.
Proficiency working in benefits, with HRIS (PeopleSoft or equivalent), strong organizational skills, manufacturing recruitment and exceptional skills with Microsoft Office is also expected. |
