The Spirit of Mercy
Mercy is an organization in which virtually all employees continually strive to give their best to the people they serve, their co-workers and their employer.
Two key reasons for this are the quality of people we are able to attract to our organization and a deep commitment to work toward common goals.
We seek individuals who are not only professionally and technically excellent, compassionate and motivated, but who also understand and support the Mercy Mission and Value statements.
These statements give focus to our efforts and when we all pull together, there is much we can and do accomplish.
Located in Roseburg, Oregon, (pop. 20,000), Mercy Medical Center is a Trauma III 153-bed facility serving most of Douglas County (pop. 100,000).
