Bright Wood Corporation is a secondary wood remanufacturer headquartered in Central Oregon.
Bright Wood has grown considerably since our humble beginnings in 1960. All we had back then was a planer shed with one wall, one rip saw, one cut off saw, a planer, and three founders with an unwavering vision.
Today we are one of the world's largest secondary lumber remanufacturers. A sawmill in New Zealand and remanufacturing plants in Redmond and Bend, Oregon compliment our 14-plant headquarters in Madras, Oregon. We process over 1,300 truckloads of lumber and logs every year to produce some of the world's finest millwork.
We may look very different than we did in 1960 but the essentials remain constant: We are still a family-owned business with pride in our record for quality, innovation, on-time delivery, and total dedication to customers and suppliers.
