Jobdango, a Portland, Oregon based company, set out to develop an interactive job site dedicated exclusively to providing the connection between jobs and people in the Northwest. Seeing both a need and opportunity to make the most of the Internet through a product for the employment industry, in 2002 Jobdango.com was established - an innovative career site dedicated exclusively for the Pacific Northwest. Along the way Jobdango has grown into a thriving, award winning, fully-featured job site and the only employment network of its kind in the State of Oregon.

Jobdango currently powers over 400 local career sites across the state of Oregon. As these job sites went up, Jobdango began receiving phone calls from individuals and companies interested in leasing our job site software. In June of 2003, we put together a business model to license the software that runs Jobdango.com and our client sites to businesses interested in having their own career sites. The software was designed to be leased as a completely separate site, not as a "co-brand" or "affiliate" of Jobdango.com, allowing you, the owner, control over your job site including full administration functions over everything related to the job board.
