Employers and Job Seekers alike will come to the job site home page before they reach any other page of the web site. From the job site home page, users are able to search for jobs,, view a listing of featured jobs and view a listing of featured employers. You, as a company leasing the software, are able to modify this page's content and meta tag information.

From the employer home page, employers have several options after they log in. The most heavily used section for employers on this page is the Post/Edit Jobs page, which is conveniently located near the top of the navigation on the left side of the page. Within the employer section, employers can update their account information, post jobs, search resumes, manage resume search agents, manage and track applicants, manage company users, edit the auto email responder, view statistics, buy additional features and contact customer or sales support.

After job seekers log in to the system they can post their resume, search and apply for jobs, manage job search agents, utilize the job inbox, view application history, view a listing of events, update account information, and contact customer support. A quick search box is conveniently located on the job seeker home page giving job seekers the option of a quick and easy search directly after log in.
