Great price doesn’t count if you can’t get a file closed quickly and efficiently. ENG manages to the following turn times: 48 hrs underwriting, 24 hrs condition review, and 24 hrs for loan documents.

ENG does support a full time scenarios desk that is available from 8 am to 5 pm PST, with an average hour response time of 4 hours.
