We are seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to join our team! The Annual Giving Coordinator contributes to Albertina Kerr Centers Foundation's (AKCF) development efforts by coordinating annual giving appeal and stewardship initiatives including solicitation letters, email and acknowledgements to annual gift level donors.





Responsibilities include representing AKCF at community and institutional events and meetings, providing customer service to annual gift level donors such as the “Halo Society.”; supporting the creation of appeal correspondence; working with the Marketing team to develop annual appeal collateral; coordinating with Marketing team for online updates and tools related to annual giving appeals; managing mailing logistics including vendor coordination, segmentation and correspondence production; creating and maintaining appeal mailing timelines; coordinating with database team for appropriate gift acknowledgement, tax receipts and data entry; and other duties as assigned.





The successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalency; at least two years of non-profit fundraising experience preferred; experience with data entry; excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds; ability to organize time effectively, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage a large number of tasks simultaneously; ability to use Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook; and sufficient physical dexterity to retrieve, manipulate, insert documents into or retrieve documents from files stored in standard filing cabinets, with or without reasonable accommodation.





Hours: Full-time; Weekdays

Pay: Targeting $18.00/hr
